A $280M life science facility is coming to Colorado as it gains more interest from biotech developers

While Boulder, CO-area is a popular spot for hikers and college students, the area has also been increasingly attracting life science and biotech development spaces, and the latest project aims to build up the area’s growing pedigree.

PMB, a healthcare real estate developer, along with Montgomery Street Partners, has gotten the go-ahead to construct a $280 million life sciences project in the town of Superior, CO just to the southeast of Boulder.

The company’s announcement on Wednesday said that the site, dubbed the Coal Creek Innovation Park, will serve as a life science complex consisting of three offices and labs ranging from 85,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet in size. A fourth building will be for parking and retail space, according to PBM. CBRE has been brought on to market spaces for the lease.
