Summary: Under supervision, performs routine and complex analytic procedures, on blood and/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Molecular Bench technical expertise: DNA/RNA Extraction, library preparation; Knowledge of NGS and PCR platforms and trouble shooting. Assay development to detect somatic and germline variants.
- Analysis and interpretation of high complex data (ACMG/AMP Guidelines / Variant interpretation).
