The Gally Lab at National Jewish Health is seeking a highly motivated Lab Research Technician to join our team studying the vicious cycle of non-resolution of inflammation in lung diseases.
Training on specific techniques used in the laboratory will be provided. Experience with animal handling is preferred. Models used in our research include in vitro cell culture and in vivo modeling of lung diseases. Techniques used in the lab include:
- Lung physiology
- Primary cell culture
- Confocal microscopy
- Histology
- Flow cytometry
- Molecular biology (PCR, Western blots, transfections, siRNA etc.)
