Highly motivated and experienced Manager, joining the Total Rewards & Analytics Team. A strong background in compensation strategy & design, benefits administration, data analytics, and team leadership. Responsible for developing and implementing Total Rewards Programs, analyzing compensation data, and providing insights to support business decisions. The Manager will work closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our Total Rewards practices are competitive and aligned with our business objectives.
