Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Regulatory Ingredients Specialist II is part of our Research & Development team and reports directly to Senior Ingredients & Nutrition Regulatory Manager. This role supports the development of food products by accurately reviewing product and ingredient specifications that help drive plant production. In addition, this role also supports planning and conducting ingredient supplier audits ensuring ingredient suppliers are following standard food safety and quality policies and procedures.
