Primary Purpose:
Provide genetic consultation services to clients and health care providers regarding genetic/genomic tests. Work in multiple genetic/genomic sub-specialty laboratory areas of ARUP, with primary focus on cytogenetics. Monitor activity of genetic/genomic testing and develop documents about ARUP genetic/genomic testing services. Serve as a resource to multiple work units/departments within ARUP. Provide education about genetic diseases.
