Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate and maintain assigned process equipment, including spray dryers and/or thin film coaters, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Prepare liquid formulations for spray drying, ensuring consistency and quality in each batch.
- Identify and promptly communicate any equipment or process-related issues to the development team for resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to successfully transfer and scale processes from laboratory to pilot scale.
- Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks and equipment logs in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manufacture product batches while documenting all activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
