Scientist – Cell-Based Assays – Boulder, CO

Designs and standardizes cell-based immunological methods (such as multi-panel Flow Cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, Luminex, antibody neutralization assays, antigen presentation, etc.)
Performs basic animal handling techniques to acquire tissues for ex-vivo assays
Designs and standardizes cell-based gene expression methods (time-lapse and confocal microscopy, immunofluorescence, western blot, RT-qPCR)
Helps with training of Preclinical Research staff
Maintains laboratory notebook and equipment logs consistent with policies
Plans, executes, and reports results from protocol driven research studies
Authors study plans and SOPs as required and in line with Company policies
Conducts literature reviews, reports summaries of findings and makes recommendations
