Research Associate – Cell-Based Assays – Boulder, CO

Conducts mammalian cell culture maintenance and experimentation utilizing cells from primary tissues and from transformed cell lines
Executes SOPs to conducts cell-based assays for research on mRNA stability or the immune response to ALTA™ vaccine products
Assists with in-vivo studies
Maintains laboratory notebook and equipment logs consistent with policies
Plans, executes, and reports results from protocol driven research studies
Authors study plans and SOPs as required and in line with Company policies
Conducts literature reviews, reports summaries of findings and makes recommendations
