Manage associates in an engaged manner and own performance for the output of manufacturing lines in the assigned manufacturing unit. Guide day-to-day activities of the unit by training associates on a continuous improvement (BD Excellence) path in their daily manufacturing tasks and efforts. Teach associates to be responsible for safety, quality, production, cost, housekeeping, and overall policy compliance, while also giving timely recognition and/or performance management.
