Education requirement: High school diploma with 2+ years working in laboratory field, or Associate’s Degree. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree related to the Life Sciences (Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology)

•Experience in a microbiology lab environment
•Knowledge of basic laboratory safety practices
•Possesses the knowledge to follow verbal and written instructions
•Experience working proactively
•Team player
•Must have the aptitude to learn basic laboratory techniques and apply them in a work environment
•Computer literate with data entry experience
•Basic math familiarity
•Must be organized, detail oriented and have the desire to thoroughly complete tasks
