This entry level research service professional position assists the Principal Investigators (PI) on multiple projects in the Gates Institute. We are looking for a research service professional to join our team who is passionate about translational research, developing therapies and diagnostic tools for rare conditions. The candidate will assist the laboratory in studying Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and developing therapies for this condition using exosomes. In the laboratory, we utilize induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), CRISPR/Cas9, mouse xenograft models, human cell culture techniques, organoids, and other cell and molecular biology techniques.
