Overview:
The Research Associate I – Digital Pathology is responsible for generating high quality digital slide scans of histology slides. This in a junior level role paying $21-23/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare slides for digital slide scanning according to established protocols.
- Perform brightfield slide scanning and image quality control checks of scans.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members, management, pathologists, and other coworkers.
- Communicate with clients as a technical expert in image generation to discuss results and upcoming projects.
