- Uses established flow cytometry-based assays to assist in the immunological characterization of ALTA™ vaccines.
- Assists in establishing flow cytometry-based assays (titrates antibodies, tests reagents etc.)
- Acquires samples on flow cytometer and performs routine equipment maintenance.
- Assists in flow cytometry data analysis.
- Maintains laboratory notebook and equipment logs consistent with policies.
- Author reports that summarize experimental results.
- Directly handles animals and conducts research studies in animals for the evaluation of ALTA™ vaccines (injections, blood draws, dissection, histology, etc).
- Communicates effectively with an internal team of Scientists and Research associates to conduct research.
